New Bill Seeks Juvenile Justice Reform in Michigan
Proposed legislation in Michigan seeks to reform the way juvenile offenders
are treated under state law. Some of the proposed changes include raising
the age to be considered as a juvenile from 17 to 18 years old and not
housing juvenile offenders with adults.
